The Genie Z-33/18 is a modern, electric telescopic articulated platform, characterized by exceptional versatility and high efficiency. The model offers a maximum working height of 12 meters and lateral reach of up to 5.57 m, making it suitable for many applications in construction, industry, and services.
The lift has a self-leveling steel platform that adapts to uneven terrain and uses the Fast Mast System technology, which allows the platform to be lowered to ground level without the need to fold the first arm. The equipment also includes a warning system, which comprises a tilt level sensor with an audible signal, a Lift Guard system protecting the operator from crushing, as well as a rotating beacon, an audible alarm, and a movement and travel alarm.
The lift is equipped with proportional control via a joystick, which allows precise control of the device's movements. The operator also has a thumb-operated direction of travel button, making it easy to change the direction of travel. The equipment also includes protection against accidental driving in the opposite direction. The Genie Z-33/18 offers a 400-degree rotation of the turret (non-continuous), which extends the range of the device's movements. There is also an option to drive at maximum elevation, which enhances its mobility during high-altitude work.
The drive to the two front wheels is provided by an AC motor (48 V DC - a set of 8 6V, 350 Ah acid batteries), which, together with the traction control system, ensures effective movement of the machine on construction sites. The model also deals with emergency power supply - 24 V DC and a built-in universal 30Amp rectifier.
